To maintain the high standards of the network the members must qualify our thorough criteria including the following:

1. You need to be an owner or a principal shareholder of an established and accredited international air, sea, road, or logistics company.
2. You need to be able to demonstrate that you have sufficient experience in the industry and that you have not been associated with a company that has failed financially.

Joining Process

If you would like to become an IFFOO member or recommend somebody meeting the membership criteria please take the steps outlined below. If you know anybody who meets the membership criteria, please take a moment to submit the Recommendation Form. The IFFOO Secretariat will follow up your recommendation and revert to you with the outcome.

Step One. Complete the initial Application Form

The information will be sent automatically to the IFFOO Secretariat. All the information received by the IFFOO is kept highly confidential and is never disclosed to any third parties.

Step Two. Annual Membership Fee.

The IFFOO Executive Committee will make a final decision within 14 days and communicate it to you. As soon as your application has been approved you must pay the Application and Annual Membership Fees in accordance with the level of membership you are applying for. The three levels, and associated benefits are outlined below:

1. Silver Membership:

• Annual Fee - 400 Euros;
• A member has to pay any conference Attendance Fee in full amount.

2.  Gold membership:

• Annual Fee 950 Euros,
• 50% discount off the conference Attendance Fees.

3.  Platinum membership:

• Annual Fee 2500 Euros,
• All conferences' attendance is free of charge.

Additional benefits:

• Exclusive authority to represent the territory of residence: no applicant from this territory can join IFFOO without the Platinum member's consent.
• An opportunity to participate in the meetings of IFFOO policy making committee, thus influencing the club's development. The meetings are held a day prior to the conference.

Platinum membership is available only to locations where there is one existing members or the areas not yet covered. Members from those territories with two or three members will be able to obtain Platinum membership only if or after other members from this area resign from the club.
